"I noticed something small that didn’t feel right."

I noticed something small that didn’t feel right. Nothing urgent. Nothing broken. Just a moment where speaking up would clearly create more work.

I thought about moving on.

Then I thought about the cost of silence.

So I raised it.

The conversations weren’t easy. The follow-ups weren’t convenient. But clarity was created, and trust was built.

Sometimes leadership is simply choosing the harder path when no one is watching.
